Can't see live videos on youtube/facebook

This is on Opera and Chrome. Edge works fine. I can watch all other videos on YouTube it's just the live stream I can't get and no videos at all on Facebook. I have updated everything I can think of at the moment. Any help would really be appreciated!

@leocg Haven't done the file thing and I don't know about flags? Everything else I have done. I am using Windows 10, just updated Opera. I can see all videos on Youtube except anything live and when I try on Facebook I get this [IMG]http://i63.tinypic.com/2noaba.jpg[/IMG]
